Terms of Service

Last updated 15 August 2026. These terms govern your use of dayclue.com and the Dayclue web app.

The service

Dayclue is a free web app that searches Google Calendar data you already have permission to see. It runs in your browser. Basic search is provided at no charge. Optional paid features, if offered later as Dayclue Plus, will be described in the app before you pay.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Google Calendar in your country and able to accept these terms. You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for complying with Google’s terms as well as these.

Your Google account

Sign-in uses Google Identity Services. Dayclue requests read-only Calendar access and basic profile information. You can disconnect in the app or revoke access in your Google Account. Dayclue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. “Google” and “Google Calendar” are trademarks of Google LLC.

Acceptable use

Use Dayclue only to search calendars you are allowed to access. Do not abuse the Google APIs, attempt to break the service, scrape other people’s data, or use Dayclue to violate the law or anyone’s privacy.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. That policy is part of these terms.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue Dayclue at any time. The app depends on Google APIs, your network, and Cloudflare hosting. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that a particular search will find every event.

Disclaimer

Dayclue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Dayclue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or calendar entries, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Dayclue will not exceed the amount you paid us for Dayclue in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero if you only use the free app).

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using Dayclue after that, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and revoke Google access.
